This outstanding workshop is limited to 20 participants paid in full. The fee is $400 to nonmembers of ISAP or SCAL; $350 to ISAP and SCAL members; $350 to nonmembers of ISAP or SCAL if postmarked by February 1; $300 to ISAP members only if postmarked by February 1 Acceptance of participants is on a first-come-first-served basis and a waiting list will form thereafter.
Cancellations will be honored with full refunds if the position is filled from the wait list or proof of
medical emergency is supplied prior to May 1, 2008. Thereafter, and if no one on the wait list can
fill the position, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
