CALL FOR ENTRIES

International Society of Acrylic Painters
formerly the
National Acrylic Painter’s Association

JUROR of SELECTION & AWARDS

ENTRY PROCEDURE

Louise Cadillac, top award winning painter and printmaker, holds an MA in Arts Education, earning the Vincent Van Gogh Plaque for Outstanding Leadership in Arts Education. She is a popular juror of national competitions, including the RMNW, AWS, and NWS. Her published works cover her own uniquely devised techniques and methods, as well as thoughts on judging, critiquing, and on the use of taking workshops. Her works appear in national and international collections.

“As a visual artist, I find abstracted forms and space and color the most critical components of my expression. I am intrigued with the extremely wide range of statements allowed by abstracting space and light on a flat surface. My paintings start with a general theme, allowing the various components of the painting to evolve or even to suggest a different direction. It's always challenging to find the means or the method for a particular problem or for a new idea. I use acrylic water-media, often combining mixed media as the challenge suggest.”

All submissions must be 2 x 2 inch slides only.
NO GLASS MOUNTED SLIDES.
NO LABELS OR TAPE WILL BE ACCEPTED
