Rules and Regulations

isAp Online International Open Acrylic Show is open to all acrylic artists world wide. This is strictly an online show.


Our first International Open Show has a current prize monies of $3000.00 USD. The final cash awards will be based on the number of entries. Watch the award meter to see the prize monies grow.
 

There will also be merchandise awards



Deadline: All entries must be postmarked on or before Sept 15, 2008,

Email entries must be received by Midnight Sept 15, 2008

Eligibility: Open to all acrylic artists worldwide. Painting must be 80% acrylic and the original work of the artist. No work done under supervision or in workshop is acceptable.

Entry Requirements:
Artists must submit a completed entry form, and of up to two (2)images, 
You may submit on line by using the online form and emailing the images to artgall@artgally.com
PayPal is available please note there is a small charge for PayPal(about the price of a postage stamp)

You may also submit by using the printable form and mailing your non returnable cd of your two images along with a check made out to Sandra Woods ( Sandra Woods, 4253 Bushnell-Campbell Rd. Fowler, Oh, 44418).

Fee:
Non isAp members fee of $35
Members fee of $25


Submission Guidelines:
Artists may submit up to 2 works of art. Artist must submit digital images either by cd (non returnable) or email. Images must in in jpeg format and must be no larger than 800 pixels in  either direction and can be up to 300 dpi or ppi
we will resize if needed
Images must have all pertinent information including Title, size of original,(not the size of the jpeg)  and price. Please indicate N/F/S if painting is not availabe.
Please have all information on both your entry form and your email of the images.

Checklist for Artists:
1. Submit a completed entry form
2. Submit images of your work
3. Send $35 for non members and $25 for members fee
 
If Paying by check the check must be made out to Sandra Woods.
